Ordering Best Practices

We are asking that all guests refrain from leaving their vehicles and entering the building at all costs.  We have an attendant that will be monitoring the parking lot and ensuring that your order is brought out to you.  We ask that you use our online ordering platform whenever possible.  If that is not feasible, please call the appropriate store with your order and be prepared to pay over the phone.  We will not be accepting walk-up orders.  Once you click out of this alert you will find the online ordering link at the top of the page.  You will receive a message after placing your online order with a number to text and/or call upon your arrival, there will also be signs out front again showing the appropriate phone number to call.  To eliminate the risk of any additional contamination we have decided to stop taking cash payments at this time.

  • We have chosen to remove some items from our menu at this time due to both sourcing and preparation constraints.

  • We have also added a 15% service charge to all online and phone orders. All money will go directly to an employee relief fund to help those out of work. If you have an issue with the service charge or cannot afford it, we will willingly remove it from your bill. We have also left the optional tip line intact. 100% of gratuity goes to staff directly serving guests.

Supporting Our Staff

Many of our staff are on temporary layoff and we are doing our best to offer them support. Brasa has covered 100% of employee health insurance premiums through May 31st and we will continue this coverage as long as we have the funds. We have also added a 15% service charge to all online and walk-in orders. All money will go directly to staff working, and to an employee relief fund to help those out of work. If you have an issue with the service charge or cannot afford it, we will willingly remove it from your bill. We have also left the optional tip line intact. 100% of gratuity goes to staff directly serving guests.

Staying Safe

We are having daily discussions on how to serve our community in the safest way possible by continuing to change our processes constantly to best accommodate our staff and guests alike.  Below is an update on preventative actions we are taking with remaining staff to keep everyone safe.

  • Mandatory fifteen minute hand washing and cleaning/sanitizing of door knobs, phones & touch screens utilizing checklists.

  • Regular reminders for team members to be hyper-vigilant about following health regulations that prevent the spread of any illness.

  • Eliminating any unneeded interactions in the building by working within a curbside only service model.

  • Reinforcing to all team members the importance of utilizing paid sick leave if you have any symptoms of illness, not only COVID-19.

  • Temporarily removing the cap on PTO to allow all team members to go beyond their accrued hours if needed to fully recover from COVID-19 related illness (more policy change detail to follow)

  • Requiring all team members to self-report when leaving the state, or returning from a CDC zone 2 and 3

  • Requiring all team members to self-report if they or anyone in their household have COVID-19 symptoms
