On Sunday night we celebrated at the 4th annual Charlie Awards! The Charlie Awards recognize the “exceptional contributions of the Twin Cities area restaurant, food & beverage industry” and this year our Chef/Owner Alex Roberts received the award for Outstanding Chef.

We want to thank the voters for their support of our restaurants and cuisine. Our combined kitchens at Brasa and Restaurant Alma employ a group of more than 65 chefs & cooks, working nearly around the clock, 7 days a week. Alex and our kitchen leaders feel strongly that a chef can only be outstanding with an outstanding staff behind them and believe this award is a really celebration of our exceptional kitchen teams and the inspired food they create.
